hi good day so im having a problem on my lips. i got burning sensation ,scratch and develop small whiteish yellow bumps. i need your help please. ?

Canker sores?: If they don't touch the skin area, they are likely canker sores. There is no sure cure for them but they will usually subside in 10 days or less. Local anesthetic may help. My mother's remedy: Apply table salt to them. It may sting for a few moments.
