Possibly milia,: Which are bits of keratin trapped under the skin. They're benign; can occur on mucous membranes, eyelids, nose, etc. Mild exfoliant like vitamin a or a retinoid can help remove them. Or a dermatologist can remove them for u. Very common, seen at all ages with all skin types.

Probably benign!: This is probably benign. >?Could be an allergic reaction to after-shave or food. If you are concerned, i would recommend that you have a conversation with your pcp for possible referal for dermatological evaluation.
