Gross but my stools have been "rubbery like" and sometimes lighter brown than normal i've been on metamucil for ibs-c could this be why? negative colonoscopy/egd, normal liver/kidney labs & hida scan

Stool problem: Fiber supplements can make stool consistency softer, so if rubbery in your understanding means softer, than the answer to your question is "yes". The color of stool changes depending on the foods you eat, so i believe what you described is ok.

May be okay: If your constipation is under control panendoscopy is normal, no signs of malabsorption or GI symptoms you may be okay. Stool color may be affected by diet.
