I've seen my bypass surgin on this issue for years. i was 330lbs had gastric bypass 2010 i weigh now 122lbs no one can tell me what my pain is . help!

Bypass pain: If your bariatric surgeon cannot help you, see a gastroenterologist for a second opinion. An internal hernia may show up on a ct scan. Sometimes there is a stricture or marginal ulcer.

Where is the pain?: You did not describe where your pain is. Either way, consider consulting a GI doctor if pain related to your intestine and bowels (e.g. Eating, defecation). If pain is on the surface, a trapped nerve is possible and should see a pain management doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
