Depends: Depends on your height, but it sounds like your weight is low enough. Your target range should probably be for a bmi of 23-28, but certainly i wouldn't go below a bmi of 20. See a nutritionist for more info.

Depends on height: Healthy is more than just weight. However, doctors use a scale called bmi to determine healthy weight. For example, if you we're 5 foot 5 inches, then "normal" weight would be about 135-150. Exercise, vitamins, and healthy lifestyle/eating is also important.
