See your doc: Could be related or not. Religiously taking your vitamin supplements, watching your diet? On any meds? Got diarrhea? Heavy periods, pregnancies? All could be factors. Can't tell here. See a doc, get examined, get blood tests.

Cramps: Start off by seeing your doctor and have your blood work checked to see if you have an electrolyte imbalance. You may also need to have an ultrasound done of your legs to see if you have a blood clot.
