It can..: Having wisdom teeth removed is still a form of surgery. You may have not only had teeth removed but soft tissue and bone, depending on what condition they were in prior to extraction. If they are really still bothering you then go back to the doctor that took them out and have them looked at. Continuing care is part of what you paid for.
