Cyst: Sometimes when women have severe pain on the right or the left side of their pelvis it can mean that they have ovarian cysts. Ovarian cysts are very common, but you may want to get checked out by your gynecologist. Other ideas might be endometriosis or adenomyosis, again conditions that your gynecologist could diagnose for you. Hope that helps!
