Don't get burned : Nonsurgical lipo refers to procedures which use technology to either freeze or heat fat to produce fat cell death and then rely on the body to clear the remnants. No material is suctioned out of the body as in surgical procedures. The main risk is injury to the skin which has to be protected from either exteme cold or heat which could result in a burn resulting in pigmentation changes or scarring.

Unfortunately no: If not sufficiently aggressive, you may see minimal if any differences. However other forms of non-surgical liposuction (whether it be via thermal heating or cooling, or by injection) may produce excessive fat destruction with localized nodules or irregularities, cysts, nodules, etc.

Yes and No : Some non invasive laser like i lipo and lapedex ECT dont have many risk but dont really work. Other forms of non-surgical liposuction via thermal heating or cooling, or by injection may produce excessive fat destruction with localized nodules or irregularities, cysts, nodules. They may also result in a burn, pigmentation changes or scarring.

No: you need to clarify what treatment you are talking about but the term liposuction is surgical, and lasers or machines that freeze fat are low risk but not risk free

No: No medical procedure is risk free. I am not aware of any "lipo" that is completely noninvasive. Minimally invasive procedures have less risk than invasive and noninvasive fat reduction (like CoolSculpting) has less risks still, but there are always some.
