Shift work: It is difficult to regulate sleep and keep your mood postive with changing shifts, especially third shift. Try to sleep during the day in as dark a room as possible, when we close eyes we need to be in the dark to make enough melatonin to sleep. Use good shades and try to maintain good nutrition as well to avoid additional sluggishness. Exercise and a good multiple vitamin could also help.
