Infection : Sounds like an infection. Could be fungal or bacterial. Clean with soap and water and make appointment to see your doc to investigate. If u have increased pain or fever seek immediate attention.

Every now & then I get this spasm/quiver feeling in my upper abdomen. Right below rib cage in the dead center above the belly button. Its painless. Dr said its gas related not heart. Last time it happened it lasted longer & caused panic attack?
