Deviated septum: Is unlikely to be the source. Very rarely, with severe deviation and presence of a septal spur, you could experience pain in your ocular or maxillary region on the same side as the spur, and this can be accentuated with congestion, sinus mucosal thickening due to upper respiratory infections or allergies. Ent evaluation and possible septoplasty are indicated.
