Dryness: Most common cause of a nose bleeds is drying of the nasal membranes, lack of humidity.If prone to recurrent nosebleeds, it is often helpful to try lubricating the nose with an ointment of some type. If nosebleeds not stoppable, recurrent, or large volume of blood be sure to see pediatrician.

Several things: Usually air dryness in your home.Rarelt related to nasa allergies, but very hard to prove at that age.Also if your using nasal suctioning, the trauma often causes nosebleeds.Make sure there is no bleeding or bruising on the skin or from other sources.If so call your pediatrician asap. Using a humidifier and applying a dab of vaseline in the numbers 2-3 times per day solves the problem.
