Neurasthenia: Neurasthenia was used as a term to denote a psychopathological condition with symptoms of fatigue, anxiety, headache, neuralgia and depressed mood. It is no longer included in the american psychiatric association's diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders. Ask the doctor who used this to explain what they meant. Hope you are better soon.
