Hemopericardium: This condition is called "hemopericardium". How it will affect her and what the treatment and prognosis are, is dependent upon a lot of factors. Without knowing her age, other diseases and underlying causes, a definitive answer is impossible. It can range from benign if associated with a viral infection to not so good if associated with cancer...

Depends: More important i believe is why does she have blood around the heart? Any fluid around the heart could constrict the heart and affect its ability to pump blood. A long term complication could be something called constrictive pericarditis which is the result of scarring of the lining of the heart (the pericardium). But once again, why is the blood there in the first place. Have her checked!
