Not concerned: You have stated in your history that you have hepatitis c with known cirrhosis. This may be the cause if is extensive enough to cause obstruction to bile flow in some areas, or several percent of men your have have high alkaline phosphatase from subclinical / harmless paget's of bone, or the specimen being nonfasting. Don't treat a number. Stay proactive.
