How should i lower my alkaline phosphatase?

Elevated Alk Phos: Question would be why is your alkaline phosphatase elevated ? ? If the levels are abnormal, there is usually a reason. Treating the symptoms without understanding why you have an elevated level is counter-productive. You should see your primary care physicians and have labs re-checked. If it's persistently high, then there should be referral to a rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeon.
