Nutrition & exercise: 1st, let's be clear. There is no "perfect" size. Size 0 is no better than size 2 or 20. Cycling is an excellent form of exercise. Engage in any physical activity of your choice since you need to do something for the rest of your life. Be prepared to eat healthy - lots of brightly or darkly colored fruits & veggies, healthy fats like olive oil & avocados plus lean protein. Focus on getting healthy.
