Here are some...: Some 15-20% of men have varicocele with 90 % of them on left side and 10% on both side. Surgical correction is done for smaller testis in puberty/adolescence, male infertility, and varicocele-related bearable symptoms - pain in standing; otherwise, no Rx is needed. I think I've had varicocele around 4 years ago and I home treated it. After it got better I couldn't stop ejaculating and it became a habit so now my left testicle is the size of a raisin unlike the right. Is there anything i can do to regain growth?
Will going to the gym(weight lifting and treadmill running) worsen my left side varicocele? Or is it better to wait until i get it corrected by surgery to start weight lifting?
