Here are some...: Some 15-20% of men have varicocele with 90 % of them on left side and 10% on both side. Surgical correction is done for smaller testis in puberty/adolescence, male infertility, and varicocele-related bearable symptoms - pain in standing; otherwise, no Rx is needed. For detail, ask Doc timely. Best wish....
