Keep working out: As you become more fit you should experience less pain with the same intensity workout. If the cramps continue see an orthopaedic surgeon who will evaluate you for a possible abdominal wall herniation from your c-section. If you recently had the c-section ask your OB when it is safe to do situps. Good luck.
