A member asked:

I have pains or cramps in my stomach all of a sudden idk what from? can it just be muscles sprains in my abdominal muscles

Sure, but...: Stomach cramps is a vague term and common symptom. For example, some people get stomach cramps with certain foods, such as foods that they are allergic to, foods that they have an intolerance for (such as lactose intolerance), foods that are very greasy, etc. If a person exercises after a moderate or large meal, he may get stomach cramps more easily. Can call one's primary care doctor for advice.
