I been having this discomfort in my stomach, cramps, heartburn and i feel like a poking on both side of lower rib cage and on my upper abdomen or stom?

?gastritis: Inflammation of the stomach lining(gastritis) is likely. Follow a bland diet,avoid alcohol and caffeine,take an antacid like mylanta 1/2 hours after meals and at bedtime, and take prilosec daily. If symptoms persist see your physician or a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. Peptic ulcer,pancreatic inflammation are other possibilities.
