Penile Cancer : Treatments for penile cancer vary with the stage of the lesion (how far it has spread), the location (glans, shaft) and the state of health of the patient. Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation alone, or in combination, are usually employed. A urologist can provide definitive answers.
