Probably not: High blood pressure is not usually related to chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (hashimoto thyroiditis). Blood pressure elevation is usually seen in "hyper-thyroidism" not "hypo-thyroidism"; the latter is hashimoto thyroiditis. So, removing the nodule will probably not affect your blood pressure.
