Could be: Right side abdominal pain always brings up a concern about appendicitis. Usually there is more than a little pain & loss of appetite. Sometimes vomiting. In a woman's case there are the ovaries & urinary issues.Get an examination and appropriate laboratory and imaging studies depending on what your doctor finds. You may need more than one exam with some time in between.
