Many causes: there are many causes of right sided abdominal pain aside from appendicitis. Ovarian cyst, ovarian torsion, sexually transmitted infections, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, constipation, viral infections...there are more too. Ic you're concerned, please see you doctor.
