I was waiting to take an std test, this way i was within 10-12 week window. i am now taking an antibiotic for a tooth infection, can this clear up a std infection, i am taking clindamycin.

No: If by stds, you mean gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, trichomonas, hiv, hsv-2, and others, Clindamycin won't clear these types of infections up.

Maybe: Stds are caused by specific bacteria and respond to specific antibiotics. You need to be on the correct antibiotic for the correct time to treat the std. The Clindamycin might help reduce some of the bacterial load of the std but i wouldn't rely on it solely for that purpose.
