Not too many options: Unfortunately there aren't many options for improving sperm quality. If there is a varicocele it can be treated. Antioxidants may also help with improving sperm quality. Good luck.

Depends: There are different ways to improve sperm quality as well as dna fragmentation but it all depends on the underlying diagnosis and reasons for the abnormal sperm. The treatment can go anywhere from life style modifications, hormonal treatment, surgery as well as antioxidant. Your fertility specialist and/ or urologist can discuss with you all available options

Sperm counts: Clomid, (clomiphene) which is used by women to increase ovulation, has been shown to improve sperm counts. Recently, higher dose antioxidants have also been shown to improve fertility rates in men with lower sperm counts, possibly due to reduced dna fragmentation. I recommend having your doctor do a semen analysis to assess your sperm counts if you and your partner are trying to conceive.
