Flu: Hydrate well with water - at least 64 ounces per day. Make sure you get lots of rest. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or nsaid's for pain/fever. Salt water gargles for sore throat at least several times per day. Antivirals can sometimes be prescribed by your physician if you are seen right away and do have influenza. Never under-estimate the power of chicken noodle soup. Hope you are feeling better soon.
