Your: List of procedures indicates endoscopy. Were your esophagus and stomach scoped? Esophageal strictures, cancer, and mobility problems such as achalasia can do this and a GI doctor is your best bet.

Stomach issues: It looks like you've had some work up done (egd/colonoscopy), although, I am not sure of the outcome based on no info provided. You will need to discuss this with your gastoenterologist. But try to look for certain foods that can make you feel worse such as gluten containing foods, dairy, etc. Also, you may have irritable bowel especially if you're having diarrhea/constipation. Look 4 gall stones.
