Need more info: Your question is too broad. Need more info. Pain associated with pressure can be caused by multiple things. If concerned, see your primary doctor and jot down more info about when do you notice the the pain, does it swell, did you injure it, etc. Get checked and if necessary you may be referred to a foot and ankle specialist if your pcp cannot handle it.
