Possible seizures: Since this is not typical anxiety symptomatology, i would recommend that you see a neurologist who will want to rule out both non-grand mall seizures and migraine. There is a condition called acephalgic ((painless) migraine that your symptoms could represent an aura of. Since migraines can also be caused by abnormal brain waves, I am sure that your neurologist will want to check an eeg to rule out any of a number of seizure types.
