Get checked: Symptoms like you are describing are fairly common, but if it is happening frequently, it's not normal. It could be a sign of preeclampsia (toxemia). You need to see your OB.

See you OB ASAP: Your symptoms can be seen with pre-eclampsia. This is a problem that only occurs in pregnancy where you have high blood-pressure, swelling, protein in your urine and sometimes a headache. It can lead to seizures if not treated. Best to be seen and make sure you are ok. There are other things that can cause your symptoms but best to err on the side of caution. Best wishes!
