Depends: This is a very common injury and the bruise you now have on your eye a very common result. If your vision is unchanged, you are not having any significant eye pain, headache, light sensitivity, eye redness (other than this one spot) and if your pupil is still round in that eye then you are probably okay to watch this; use cool compresses bad artificial tears; go to your eye doctor for worsening.
