Grieving process: Join a group dealing with grieving. Get out of the house and get back to your usuall routines. Pursue a new activity that you have been uttting off for a while. Consider travel with a friend to get away from it all. For counseling - social worker or psychologist. For medication see a psychiatrist.

Join a support group: Talk with you friends. Journal, Go see a psychiatrist for medication eval and see a psychologist for counseling to understand why you are upset and how to help. You will develop a personalized plan that works for you. Good luck. EMDR works for rapid relief of grief- it is severe or due to many losses.
