What can you do to treat insect bite inside ear?

Insect bite: Assuming it isn't infected. You don't need to out anything in it. If it is really itchy, you can use Diphenhydramine (benadryl) for itch as needed. Might also want to make sure the bug is out (has someone look - don't put anything in there).
