Self cath: Sorry to hear that. Usually spinal cord compression can lead to that. Is there a history of spine injury? Some diabetics can have it too. At your age it is concerning and you should definitely see a urologist. Chances of infection are high with self cath, so maintain as much cleanliness as you can and watch for fever, burning urination and pain.
