Probably: Most women have fairly well completely recovered from the delivery - vaginal of cesarean - by four weeks post-partum. A good rule after four weeks is that you can do anything that does not hurt. If you are not feeling any pulling, tugging, pain, or pressure with your activities, you are likely safe.
