It's possible: Allergic reaction take on different faces, and can be somewhat delayed. So it is indeed possible that a sting in the past few days could be leading to facial swelling today. Recommend trying benadryl, (diphenhydramine) but if having any difficulty breathing, swallowing needs to be seen today.
