I have these red bumps between fingers on my right hand. what does this sound like?

Could be contact: If this is new, i would think contact dermatitis. If there are openings on the spots that will look like needle size spots on the spots and it itches more at night i would think scabies. Clean your hands with a bacterial cleaner and wait a few days and see if it resolves.
