Just started zoloft (sertraline) 25 mg last night. i don't have any side effects so far. when will i get bad side effects. does it happen immediate or weeks?

If you were to: Have side effects you could feel some shortly after taking the medication. For instance, if you were to have insomnia it could occur that night. If you had initial irritability that could start the same day. Other side effects may take longer to develop. Relax. I encourage you to stop focusing so much on side effects and to think about getting well. Take care.

Zoloft (sertraline): None likely at this low dose. May get headache and nausea at high dose, . Keep your doctor informed of any.
