My right lung hurts when i smoke. i mean, when i inhale cigarette smoke, sharp pain occurs in right side of my chest like stabbing. why ?

Warning?: A doctor would have to examine you and perhaps follow up with lab work and/or imaging to diagnose this - but.... Perhaps it is a warning to quit smoking before this becomes something worse. Quitting now may be easier than later and perhaps that will stop the pain if there is nothing damaged or diseased. Good luck.
