Need an evaluation: Have you ever had an evaluation for autoimmune diseases. Is is possible this is a sign of autoimmune disorders. The joint pain and ulcers can often accompany these disorders. Palliative treatment of these ulcers include sodium bicarbonate tabs. Also eating a bland diet while you have the ulcers. You can also try applying orajel to the ulcers before eating and sleeping.
