Need to see Dr: Either otolaryngologist or dermatologist. This may be a basal cell skin cancer which if untreated, will continue to grow. This is a cancer that can be eliminated by simple excision & thus considered almost benign. It never metastacises. Major cause is exposure to sun. Good luck.
