Nasal stuffiness: You may have contracted a head cold during your travels or developed a reaction to being in excessive air conditioning. Try irrigating your nasal passages with nasal ocean spray. If congestion is severe you could use a nasal decongestant spray or take a product like allerest or contac ,which have a decongestant and antihistamine, as long as you're not pregnant.
