Can get better: Depression is a chronic and sometimes a debilitating mental condition. This does not mean it will not get better. There are many ways that your depression can be treated so that y9u fill better . From your description , it looks that the medicine or the treatment you are taking did not control the symptoms. I would recommend to see a psychiatrist . He /she may tweak your meds , add augmentation med.

Depression: If you are taking an anti depression and are not in therapy you are short changing yourself. Medication alone is seldom enough to provide lasting relief. Consider reading my book, "changing your inner voice: a journey through depression to truth and joy", this workbook gives many examples of successful therapies. Best wishes.
