If i have lazy eye problem with one eye. does it effect other?

No: True lazy eye or amblyopia does not effect the other eye. But you must have the diagnosis by an ophthalmologist. If you just think you have a lazy eye it could be a diseased eye not just amblyopia then it may effect the other eye.
