Yes: Eye strain can be associated with headaches. I would recommend a visit to an Opthalmologist.

Hard to say: Some wrongly use the "lazy" label for misalignment of the eyes.We use it as a substitute for amblyopia, or vision loss that occurs when the brain shuts down the input of an eye giving a poor image.After this has been shut down for years you are unlikely to get vision back or have related issues. If you have new vision problems get them evaluated.With only one strong eye you must work to protect it
