Unlikely : There could be many different causes for vaginal bleeding and discharge such as infection, fibroids, polyps, pre cancer state in the uterus , abnormal pap, hormonal imbalance. Your obgyn can help you finding the underlying cause for the bleeding and discharge.

No: Zoloft (sertraline) wont affect your bleeding. Perimenopause, polyps, hormone imbalance, thickened endometrial lining, pregnancy are some of the most common causes. You will probably need to have your doctor do an examination to help determine what is wrong.
