Under guidance: Propranolol and venlafaxine may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure, which may be causing the dizziness, nausea and headache you describe. Please consult your prescribing doctor about your symptoms today.

Effexor/Inderal: Your symptoms might relate to the effexor, (venlafaxine) however, Propranolol is safe to take with Effexor (venlafaxine) as it slightly lowers your blood pressure & might help the headaches, but some sedation is likely. Consult your prescribing doctor.
